Property Perfect
The objective for the Property Perfect website redesign is to create a more modern and user-friendly experience. The client team is receptive to our concept proposals, with a key requirement that the design must feature large, impactful images of the properties to engage website visitors.
The main visual design challenge was to balance the primary Property Perfect brand with its diverse sub-brands for different lifestyles. The goal was to let each sub-brand stand out yet feel unified with the main brand.
My solution was a consistent page template that used varied background and text colors for differentiation. I included the main brand's CI colors to maintain cohesion. For sub-brands with overly bold colors, I adjusted their tones to create a more harmonious look with the primary brand.
Additionally, because the existing website had diverse content and multiple projects, I decided to design sections as components. This allows stakeholders to select and use them as they see fit.
To enhance brand recall and create a distinct visual identity for the website, I designed the Call to Action (CTA) buttons by incorporating a shape derived from the logo.
This page features a sequential narrative that expands on the meaning of 'Happy Living', and it includes a concluding summary at the end to enhance user understanding.

I used a similar storytelling structure for the 'Go Green Together' theme, detailing the different parts of the initiative.
